Aerospace Painter / Powder Coater 1.7 1.7 out of 5 stars 100 Shoemaker Lane, Agawam, MA 01001 Prepares aerospace and commercial parts for painting and powder coating in accordance with industry specifications, job cards and routers. Applies pre-mixed and blended primer, paint or other coatings to interior and exterior of assemblies and parts. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

Requirements:

• able to mix primers and paints to specification requirements.
• able to apply primers, paints and powder coat to MIL Spec thicknesses.
• maintain a clean work area and spray guns.
• 3-5 years experience preferred.
• good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• must be a self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• assist in other departments as needed.
• this is a full-time position, 40 hrs.

a week with occasional overtime.
