Painter Taylor Painting LLC Wilbraham, MA 01095 About the Role Taylor Painting is looking for dependable, detail-oriented painters to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and light commercial painting throughout Western Massachusetts. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, this role offers steady hours, respectful job sites, and a supportive crew environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces (scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, priming)
- Apply paint, stain, or finishes by brush, roller, or sprayer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions from crew leads and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Represent the company professionally at client sites
Qualifications:
- Painting experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be punctual and respectful of clients’ homes and properties
