The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting and possess the ability to restore, renovate, and remodel various surfaces. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our properties while ensuring durability and longevity. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Restore and renovate surfaces by repairing damaged areas with caulking or plaster as needed. Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure seamless workflow during projects. Measure and calculate the amount of paint required for each job using basic math skills. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the construction site. Perform trim carpentry tasks as needed to enhance the overall finish of painted areas. Requirements Proven experience in residential painting-specifically apartments for turnovers including cabinets, trim, doors, walls, etc. Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation of materials needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
