Painter/Laborer Position Available In Hampshire, Massachusetts

Painter/Laborer We are seeking skilled craftspeople to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces andapplying paint, stain, or other finishes to various structures andsurfaces by brush, roll and spray. This role requires a keen eye fordetail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. ThePainter will also assist with renovation projects and collaborate withother tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and tospecifications. Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming)for painting. Apply paint, stain, and coatings with precision andefficiency. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Follow safetyprocedures and company guidelines. Work collaboratively with crewmembers and supervisors. Ensure high-quality workmanship and customersatisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of professional paintingexperience. (may train the right individual if not experienced) Strongknowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Experience withhand tools and equipment commonly used in painting tasks. Ability towork efficiently and maintain attention to detail with an emphasis onquality workmanship. Reliable transportation and a valid driver?slicense. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Abilityto lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding. Ability to workindependently or as part of a team in various environments. This is atemporary 5 month assignment.
