Job Summary:

The Painter/Laborer will be responsible for executing various painting and staining tasks both indoors and outdoors. Experience with paint spraying, caulking, carpentry, drywall repair, and commercial painting is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable assisting with laborer duties as needed to support the team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting and staining tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Utilize paint spraying equipment effectively
• Conduct drywall repairs when necessary
• Collaborate with team members on laborer tasks as required
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with clients
• Transport materials to job sites as needed
• Adhere to building plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs safely

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
• Experience with power tools for painting and carpentry tasks
• Familiarity with construction painting techniques
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment Preferred Skills (but not required):
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
