Painter Helper The Pro Brothers Painting Framingham, MA 01701 Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques. This role involves working on residential and commercial properties, both interior and exterior, where attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish on all projects. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed. Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and brush application. Be able to go up and down ladders. Restore surfaces as necessary, addressing wear and tear to maintain quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in painting; over 1 year experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
