We are seeking a skilled and reliable Temporary Commercial Interior and Exterior Painter to support a short-term painting project. This position involves preparing surfaces and applying paints, stains, and coatings to both interior and exterior surfaces of commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of producing high-quality finishes while working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
Protect surrounding surfaces and equipment during painting
Maintain painting tools and ensure proper cleanup of work areas
Work independently or as part of a team to meet tight project timelines
Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and job site protocols
Perform final touch-ups and ensure quality control
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of commercial painting experience (interior and exterior)
Familiarity with various surface preparation and paint application techniques
