Full-Time Job Summary:

White Bark Property Management is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Crew Member with professional painting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, plastering, and surface prep. Experience in flooring and general maintenance is a plus, with training available in areas not yet mastered. This role involves responding to maintenance requests, assisting with apartment renovations, and ensuring properties are well maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete painting projects efficiently and with a high-quality finish, including prep work, patching, sanding, priming, and final coats. Address maintenance requests promptly and effectively, ensuring tasks are completed to company standards. Communicate with tenants and property management regarding the status of repairs and work in progress. Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations, including cosmetic upgrades and touch-ups. Perform general repairs to building interiors and exteriors as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in professional painting (residential or commercial). Familiarity with drywall repair, plastering, and surface preparation. General maintenance or apartment renovation experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clean, quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with tenants and management. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items, and to work on ladders or in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
