Painter / Make Ready Tech-2years painting experience required Greystone Apartments 4545 NW Greystone Ct, Riverside, MO 64150 We are a three generation family owned and operated business looking for a team player to help further grow our business. We pride ourselves on our safe and well maintained apartment community and the great care we take with our residents. Our apartment community is based in thriving Riverside, MO located minutes from downtown Kansas City. We are seeking an experienced full-time Painter / Make Ready Technician for our apartments and houses. You are a great candidate if you meet the following qualifications:

• Painting experience required (minimum of 2 years)
• Cleaning experience
• Grounds keeping experience
• Good customer service skills
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with snow removal
• Must be able to physically work on feet all day and carry loads up to 75 lbs.
