Residential painters Tri-Square Construction Inc St. Louis, MO 63119 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color theory principles. Perform caulking and plastering as necessary to ensure smooth surfaces. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and concrete finishers, to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Complete all tasks with attention to detail and quality standards. Experience Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with stucco application and concrete finishing techniques is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment effectively. Strong understanding of color theory and its application in various projects. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
