Job Description
Job Summary:
Performs various painting assignments ensuring methods of application are of high quality. Read and interprets finish schedules from project drawing, demonstrates a general knowledge of painting products and uses proper methods for their application. Performs additional related duties as required to meet project schedules including clear communication with supervisor and assisting co-workers in the construction department (not limited to painting work only, you will be required to help other trades in times of need). Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families, and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs. Performance Expectations Demonstrates the ability to properly prep and paint walls and trim. Demonstrates the ability to properly clean and maintain painting related tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 10 years progressive experience on a commercial basis may be a substitute for the required education.
Work Experience:
Work experience preferred. Certification/Licensure-DUE
