Painter/Laborer Kaiser lawn and home care Raymond, MS 39154 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. This position requires a combination of painting expertise and general labor skills, including fencing, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in both residential and industrial settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various painting and fencing projects while also assisting with related tasks as needed. Duties Perform residential and industrial painting and fencing tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. Utilize knowledge of color theory to select appropriate paint colors and finishes for different projects. Restore surfaces through preparation, sanding, priming, and applying paint or other finishes. Engage in concrete finishing work when necessary, ensuring smooth and durable surfaces. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to maintain safety and efficiency. Conduct maintenance tasks as a maintenance person, addressing minor repairs and improvements as needed. Requirements – experience in residential painting/fencing, industrial painting/fencing, or related fields. Understanding of color theory and its application in painting projects. Ability to restore surfaces effectively using various techniques and materials. Experience in concrete finishing and fencing is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work on construction sites and adapt to varying conditions.
