The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on residential projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Work with various materials including stucco, masonry, and concrete to achieve desired finishes. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and construction sites to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Perform minor repairs related to frame carpentry as needed during painting projects. Requirements Proven experience in painting or similar roles is preferred. We are happy to train new hard working and reliable people as well! Knowledge of remodeling techniques and construction site practices is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
