The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, with experience in restoration and remodeling projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Restore and remodel existing structures by applying appropriate finishes to achieve desired results. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on materials and labor required for painting projects. Perform fixture installation as needed to complete painting tasks effectively. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Engage in concrete finishing tasks when required, ensuring high-quality results. Experience Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Skills in frame carpentry and welding are advantageous for completing various projects. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with fixture installation and concrete finishing will enhance your candidacy.
