Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
• Apply primer and paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless paint sprayers
• Follow blueprints or instructions to ensure accurate painting of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Repair and patch drywall as needed
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as trim installation and repair
• Assist with masonry work and plastering as required
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a painter or laborer preferred
• Proficiency in various painting techniques including airless paint spraying
• Ability to perform basic maintenance person tasks such as drywall repair, trim carpentry, and masonry work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as required
