What You’ll Do:
Help prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces Learn painting techniques like brushing, rolling, and spraying Assist experienced painters on-site Sand, caulk, and patch as needed Keep tools and work areas clean Follow safety and team procedures

No experience needed — we’ll train you Willing to learn and take direction Hardworking and reliable Okay with ladders and working indoors/outdoors Have reliable transportation
