WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PAINTER CREW LEAD?

As a Painter Crew Lead, you’ll hit the job site ready to guide your crew, making sure every painter is trained and performing at their best. You’ll oversee field training, track attendance and performance, and make any adjustments needed to keep projects moving efficiently. Job-site safety is a top priority, so you’ll ensure all safety equipment-MSDS Books, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits-is in place and ready to go. You’ll also be in charge of ordering materials, keeping company trucks clean and maintained, and making sure our job site signs are up where they belong. Throughout the day, you’ll check in with customers, answer any questions they have, and keep the Owner and Supervisor updated on any concerns. At the end of each job, you’ll collect payments, get customer signatures on Quality Assurance Forms, and gather surveys to help us keep improving.
