Inc Horseheads, NY 14845 Overview We are seeking skilled painters to join our team. As well as individuals with good work ethic that would like to learn the trade. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, focusing on delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform drywall repairs and fixture installations as part of the painting process. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in industrial painting or similar roles is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various construction site environments.
