The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong attention to detail. This role involves working on both residential and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing related tasks to achieve a professional look. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and traditional brush techniques. Execute residential painting projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and timelines. Perform trim carpentry and fixture installation as required to enhance the finished look of painted areas. Collaborate with team members on larger renovation projects, including drywall installation and concrete finishing. Conduct industrial painting tasks while following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Assist in frame carpentry when needed to support overall project goals. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and industrial painting is preferred. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus. Skills in trim carpentry, fixture installation, drywall work, welding, concrete finishing, and renovation are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
