The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or scraping as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site at all times. Perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed to maintain the quality of work. Qualifications Proven experience as a Painter in a construction setting is preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
