Job Description:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and priming
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting
• Repair cracks, holes, and other damage to walls, ceilings, etc.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, sprayers, or rollers
• Clean up job sites by removing debris and ensuring all equipment is properly stored
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate with Lead Foremen, Project Manager and Operations Manager to work as a team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience
• Team Player
• Responsibility, Accountability, Positivity
• Must be able to work on your feet most of the day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation

Schedule:

• 38-42 hours per week on average
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime on nights and/or weekends
