Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Painting Cosmetic repairs, which will include drywall, plaster, etc. Effectively communicating with tenants, management, and staff Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Valid Driver’s License
