Painter- (Commercial) Position Available In New York, New York

Your new company Hays Facilities Management has partnered with a Commercial Real Estate Owner to hire a full-time Painter for one of their premiere buildings in Manhattan. Your new role The duties of the Painter will include, among others:

• Building walk-throughs to assess conditions and provide necessary resolution in accordance with the building’s standards
• Work with the facilities team on any reported needs
• This is a full-time role, 8AM-5PM or 7AM-4PM What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
• Must have experience with commercial buildings as a dedicated Painter
• Should have excellent customer service skills dealing with tenants
• Will be a part of a 2-person team What you’ll get in return Hourly rate between $30
