Painter exterior/interior /sub contractor Shelly’s painting Douglassville, PA 19518 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves various tasks related to building, renovating, and maintaining residential and commercial properties. The Subcontractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines and specifications. Responsibilities Execute construction tasks including but not limited to airless paint spraying, masonry, fixture installation, concrete finishing, and stucco work. Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Perform renovation tasks that may include building structures, installing fixtures, and completing repairs. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate assessments of project costs and timelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and best practices. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or a related field is required. Proficiency in airless paint spraying, masonry techniques, fixture installation, concrete finishing, stucco application, and general maintenance person tasks is preferred. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
