Job Description
Painter/Laborer Stonebridge Run Apartments 1717 Bath Road, Bristol, PA 19007 Apartment Community seeking a full time Painter/Laborer We are looking for an experienced residential/commercial painter to join our team. You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting projects in our apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other necessary means.
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks.
- Prepare drywall surfaces for finishing, including filling seams, cracks and holes with joint compound.
- Paint using the proper application (brush, roller, etc.
) while utilizing proper painting techniques.
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs of equipment
