Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled House Painter with 2-3 years of experience who is proficient in delivering high-quality paint jobs with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, especially in cutting straight lines, and a strong work ethic. If you are coachable, have great character, and are looking to perfect your craft within a collaborative team environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting including filling cracks, small holes, and fixing joints. Apply paint, varnishes, and sealants for a finished look. Perform precision tasks such as cutting in corners and trim. Ensure that all projects are completed to meet our high standards of quality. Work with other team members to optimize painting methods and techniques through on-site training and collaboration. Qualifications:
