In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of painting/staining and labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and experience with various materials and techniques. Your ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople will be essential in achieving high-quality results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and laboring. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Experience Proven experience in commercial painting or similar roles is preferred. Basic math skills are necessary for measuring areas and calculating paint requirements. Experience working alongside carpenters or other tradespeople is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential.
