Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including spraying for textured ceilings and using brushes and rollers for walls and other surfaces. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
Apply paint, stain, and coatings using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers.
Use spray techniques for textured ceilings, ensuring an even and professional finish.
Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.
Cover floors, furniture, and other surfaces with protective materials to prevent damage.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Communicate with clients and team members to meet project expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in spray application, brushwork, and rolling.
Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding safely.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
