The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to custom cabinetry and wood products, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to wear a respirator during spray and sanding tasks; fit testing and training provided by the company. Proficient with common hand tools and able to maintain and use them safely for woodworking and assembly. Experience with handheld and stationary sanders to achieve smooth, even finishes on various surfaces. Familiarity with spray finishing systems including pumps, and spray guns. Physically able to lift and move up to 150 lbs, with proper safety practices. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality. Able to work in hot, cold, humid, or dusty environments without climate control.

Qualifications:

Vocational training in carpentry or woodworking is a plus but not required. Proven experience in cabinet or woodwork painting. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
