The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a diverse skill set in various construction and maintenance tasks. This role involves assisting with a variety of projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards. The Laborer will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering quality workmanship across residential projects. Responsibilities Assist in helping with Loading, unloading and installation of product. Able to read a tape measure Perform Preparation duties as required, Loading the truck with required tools for the day’s Project Engage in residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Support renovation efforts by preparing sites, moving materials, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Ability to listen and retain information.
