The ideal candidate will be responsible for various painting and labor tasks in both residential and industrial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. The Painter/Laborer will play a crucial role in renovating and restoring properties, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of craftsmanship. Duties Perform construction painting tasks, including preparation, priming, and finishing of surfaces. Execute drywall installation and repair work as needed. Assist in remodeling projects by applying plaster and caulking to ensure smooth finishes. Engage in frame carpentry tasks to support structural integrity during renovations. Restore surfaces through sanding, scraping, and applying appropriate coatings. Conduct residential painting projects with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to all safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in construction painting techniques for both residential and industrial applications. Experience with drywall installation, repair, and finishing processes. Knowledge of remodeling practices, including plaster application and caulking techniques. Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks effectively.
