Hire Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will hold an active IPC Certification and have proven experience in soldering PCB boards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to our success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform soldering of PCB boards in compliance with active IPC Certification standards. Ensure all soldering processes adhere to safety standards. Inspect and test all soldered components to guarantee quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot and repair any defective components as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities. Assist in the training and development of new technicians.
Qualifications:
Active IPC Certification. Required; J-STD Certification required if Expired not more than 2 years ago. Extensive experience soldering PCB boards. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in soldering. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective time management capabilities.
