The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in various construction environments. This role requires a strong understanding of pipefitting techniques and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Pipefitter will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and project specifications. Duties Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for various applications, including fire sprinkler fitting. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. Perform pipe threading and welding as necessary to ensure secure connections. Plumb pipes to ensure proper alignment and functionality within the system. Conduct regular inspections of piping systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately. Hands-on experience with hand tools, welding equipment, and pipefitting techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to piping systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
