Commercial Pipefitter Holiday Heat & Air Leesburg, FL 34748 Overview We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, brazing, and working on construction sites. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems that transport liquids and gases. You will work closely with blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installations and modifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of piping systems. Fabricate and install piping systems according to specifications. Use power tools and welding equipment to cut, shape, and join pipes. Ensure all installations are plumb and meet safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems. Troubleshoot issues with pipelines and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Requirements Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, brazing techniques, and pipeline installation. Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools for accurate installations. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials.
