Responsibilities:
Lay and align pipe accurately in trenches (PVC, ductile iron, RCP, etc.) Grade and level trenches per plans and specifications Assist with rigging, setting, and securing pipe Cut and fit pipe to required measurements Operate compactors and trench equipment safely Work closely with equipment operators, foremen, and other crew members Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of pipe laying experience (civil or utility construction) Familiar with trench safety, slopes, and shoring requirements Ability to read grade stakes and construction drawings is a plus Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid
