Pipelayer Crew Members We’re expanding our construction team and looking for multiple skilled Pipelayers to support essential infrastructure projects. If you have hands-on experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to operate heavy equipment with precision—we want to hear from you. Position Summary Pipelayers will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility pipelines, including water and sewage systems. These roles require a solid understanding of construction procedures and equipment operation, along with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. Primary Responsibilities Install and maintain underground pipelines for water, sewer, and utility systems Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, front loaders, and pipe lasers for accurate trenching and pipe placement Interpret blueprints and project layouts to ensure proper installation Form concrete structures as necessary to support pipeline integrity Uphold strict compliance with all safety standards and job site protocols Work collaboratively with crews to meet project goals and timelines Inspect completed work to verify system functionality and alignment Qualifications Experience in pipeline or underground utility installation Skilled in operating excavation equipment and understanding job site mechanics Proficiency in reading construction drawings and forming concrete Familiarity with pipe lasers and trenching best practices Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable team player with clear communication skills Must be knowledgeable in Storm, Sewer, and Water underground utilities
