Job Title:

Plumber Job Description We are seeking an experienced plumber who is well-versed in underground, new construction work, and fixture installations. You will work with cast iron pipes, no hub, and install a drain waste and vent system. Proficiency in cutting and threading pipes, and reading blueprints and specifications is essential. The role requires expertise in rough-ins, both above and underground, as well as finishing tasks, including hardware installations such as toilets and sinks. Responsibilities Work on new construction and renovation projects, specifically large commercial constructions. Install and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes. Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipes to required angles using appropriate tools. Install fixtures, hangers, and pipe systems. Work with materials such as CPVC, PVC, cast iron, copper, and PEX. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience. Proficiency in plumbing, mechanical, and piping installations. Ability to read blueprints and specifications. Experience with domestic water and sanitary systems. Basic hand tools are required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in brazing and soldering. Why Work Here? The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with four 10-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, offering potential for additional work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
