Layout Personell Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Layout Personell Hart Mechanical Miami, FL 33186 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Layout Personnel to join our dynamic construction team. This role plays a vital part in establishing accurate control points and layout markings for our mechanical systems on commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise layout of mechanical systems based on architectural and MEP drawings Use total stations, lasers, and other layout tools to establish control points and reference lines Collaborate with field supervisors, foremen, and project managers to meet layout needs Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments as needed Ensure all layout work complies with project standards and construction tolerances Maintain layout documentation and updates throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

3+ years of layout experience on commercial or industrial construction sites Familiarity with construction documents, mechanical plans, and jobsite procedures Experience using total station equipment and layout software preferred (Trimble experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team Reliable transportation and own hand tools required
