Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Pipe Fitters for a school project in Orlando, FL. While no JLA badge is needed for the current assignment, we highly encourage candidates to obtain a badge to allow for easy transition to other school projects in the future. This opportunity is for seasoned professionals only — no entry-level applicants. All candidates must be ready to complete a skills test on Day 1, and Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
Job Duties:
Install and assemble various types of pipe systems in accordance with layout plans
Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
Cut, thread, and fit pipes accurately
Maintain a safe and clean job site
Work as part of a professional team in a school construction setting
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of pipe fitting experience
- no new trainees
Must bring own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, boots, safety glasses)
Willingness to complete a skills test on your first day
JLA badge not required for this project, but encouraged for future work
Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
Spanish speakers welcome
