- We are seeking skilled commercial plumbers with extensive experience in underground, new construction work, and fixtures.
The ideal candidate will be adept at working with cast iron pipe, no hub, and installing drain waste and vent systems. Proficiency in cutting and threading pipe, as well as reading blueprints and specifications, is essential. The role involves rough-ins (both above ground and underground) and finish or trim out phases, including hardware/toilet/sink installations. The current focus is on CPVC, PVC, and installing water lines.

- + Starting pay is $30 an hour + Position is able to start this week + 40 to 50 hours a week + Full benefits starting on your 1st full month (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and weekly pay)
- Responsibilities
- + Perform rough-ins and finish installations for plumbing systems.
+ Work with cast iron pipe and no hub. + Install drain waste and vent systems. + Cut and thread pipes to required angles using appropriate tools. + Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. + Install, repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes. + Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe using pipe cutters, hand or power tools, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines. + Work with various materials including CPVC, PVC, copper, and PEX.
- Essential Skills
- + Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing. + Experience with new construction and renovation in large commercial construction. + Proficiency in domestic water and sanitary systems. + Ability to install fixtures, hangers, and pipes. + Capability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. + Possession of basic hand tools.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience with brazing and soldering.
