Pipe Layer / Pipe Crew Member GPS Civil Construction, Inc. 455 Walker Street, Holly Hill, FL 32117 Pipe Layers and Pipe Crew Members- Individuals or entire crews – Pipe Foremen, Pipe Layers, Hoe Operators, Loader Operators, Hill Man, Tail Man, General Labor. GPS Civil Construction is a leading Site Development and Underground Utility company based in Holly Hill, FL. We perform work throughout Volusia, Flagler, and Seminole Counties. Our projects range from municipal utility improvements, to commercial developments, to residential neighborhoods. We are looking for hardworking, experienced professionals with a passion for their trade. GPS Civil Construction is continually growing with plenty of room to advance your career.
