The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and be proficient in various plumbing tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Perform pipe threading and welding as required for various plumbing applications. Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems. Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and material requirements accurately. Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs. Operate power tools safely and effectively for installation and repair tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in building modifications that require plumbing adjustments or installations.
