Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbers Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our plumbers in completing various tasks, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the plumbing industry. You must have at least 2 or more years experience.

Duties:

• Assist plumbers in performing maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, including building and assembling new components.
• Use power tools, such as drills and saws, to complete various tasks.
• Thread pipes and prepare them for installation.
• Review schematics and blueprints to understand plumbing systems and identify areas that require repair.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to measure and cut materials accurately.
• Weld pipes and fittings to ensure a secure connection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with plumbers to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the plumbing industry is highly desirable, but not necessary.
• A strong understanding of mechanical principles and a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools is required.
• Basic math skills are necessary to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is an advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency with power tools and basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of pipe threading and welding techniques.
