Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced utility crew member to join our team. As a crew member, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery and equipment, assisting in the ditch, top man as needed. Your role will involve performing duties within industry standard If you have a strong background in equipment operation, reading and checking grade, pipe laying and are skilled & knowledgeable in water, sewer and storm installations you are encouraged to apply

Duties:

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment as needed including but not limited to loaders & excavators.
• Perform tasks such as mainline excavation or backfilling with roller bucket, rammex or roller. Assist with assembly of trench boxes and as Needed helping in the ditch or anywhere else assigned
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment with operator to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines
• work under a foreman to perform installs per plan and specifications.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of grading and utilities.
• Experience in underground Utility installation, water, sewer and storm drain.
• Ability to operate loaders for material handling and transportation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
