Equipment operator for Underground Utility crew Military & Federal Construction Co. Jacksonville, NC 28540 Military & Federal Construction Company’s Civil Division is looking for candidates to fill Equipment operator positions for our Underground utility crews, who can demonstrate past experience with Storm Drain, water, and sewer. We offer competitive starting wage rates between $20/hr to $23/hr based on past experience, as well as an excellent benefit package.
