Ideal candidates will have:

English language proficiency
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with trade-related tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Comfort using technology, including tablets and smartphones, for communication and documentation
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
Minimum Requirements for Hire
High school diploma or equivalent is required, Additional coursework with a trade school or applicable previous experience is preferred.
Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
