Product Trainer 1 – Marine Pipefitting Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer 1 with extensive experience in marine pipefitting. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of marine sheet metal and pipefitting skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with and train adult learners. Responsibilities Provide training in marine pipefitting skills including cutting, fitting of pipes, identification of pipe joint types, and reading of drawings. Lay off and measure accurately. Communicate effectively with adult learners. Maintain good relationships with staff and students. Maintain a high level of professionalism. Flexibility to work different shifts as required. Essential Skills Thorough knowledge of marine pipefitting skills. Ability to lay off and measure. Effective communication skills with adult learners. Ability to maintain good relationships with staff and students. Flexibility to work different shifts. High level of professionalism. Additional Skills & Qualifications Three (5) or more years of experience in pipefitting, specifically in marine applications. Thorough knowledge of marine sheet metal skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Goose Creek, South Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.95 – $31.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
