We partner with businesses as well as jobseekers to place individuals into positions efficiently. We are currently in need of Scaffold Builders to join our team in North Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities :

Assemble scaffolding systems to provide access and support for construction activities. Dismantle scaffolding structures after completion of construction tasks. Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials to and from the job site. Ensure materials are stored securely and are in good condition. Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure scaffolding meets project needs. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities. Perform routine maintenance on scaffolding equipment and materials. Inspect scaffolding components for damage and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolding stability and safety. Use personal protective equipment (PPE), as required.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Must be able to work at heights and have strong physical stamina. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and scaffolding plans. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check. Pass a 10-Panel drug screen.
