The ideal candidate will have experience in applying high quality plaster, stucco, and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and popcorn removal. The Plasterer will work closely with other tradespeople on construction projects and to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications. Duties Apply high quality plaster, stucco, popcorn removal and other finishing materials to various surfaces. Prepare surfaces by removing popcorn, followed by cleaning, smoothing, and priming as necessary. Mix plaster and other materials according to specifications. Install drywall and perform tile laying as needed. Conduct metal stud framing and concrete forming tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Familiarity with drywall installation, popcorn removal, high quality plastering, ceiling prepping and plastering, drywall installation , evening out walls and ceilings. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. Must have a mode of transportation.
