The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to flooring installation, and construction painting. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to achieve high-quality results in residential remodeling projects. Responsibilities Listening attentively and following instructions as instructed Ability to sustain physically strenuous work for an extended amount of time Carry out construction painting tasks with precision and attention to detail. Working safely and efficiently Previously established LLC, with workers compensation exemption Reliable transportation to and from the work site Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used Previous construction experience is a must Skills Experienced in construction painting methods and materials. Skilled in carpentry practices, trim work, and cabinetry. Capable of fabricating custom solutions tailored to specific project needs. Expertise in flooring installation across various materials (e.g., hardwood, tile, laminate).
